Once you have made the decision to partner with Whittier College as an internship-provider, you will need to complete the necessary documents and return them to the Office of Internships & International Programs.

The form packet, which can be downloaded here, includes:

  • Internship Site Data Sheet,
  • Internship Sponsor Agreement, and
  • Internship Position Description Form.

Once completed, you can fax these forms to the Internship Office, 562.464.4539, or mail them to:

Please keep copies of your completed forms for your records. Once we receive and review your completed materials, your information will be made available to Whittier College students and faculty.
