Clubs & Organizations

The Psychology Club is an organized group of students who share a interest in psychology and who get together regularly for activities such as movies, barbeques, career discussions, and special events with a psychological bent.

Psi Chi is the national honorary society for psychology students. Students of academic distinction in their psychology classes are invited to join Psi Chi at a special ceremony given once a year.

Officers of these two student organizations comprise the Psychology Student Council which, from time to time, will be asked to represent psychology students in department matters, such as hiring new faculty members and evaluating faculty performance.
