How to Apply
Fall Semester ApplicantS
1. Complete the CSS profile online through www.profileonline.collegeboard.com beginning October 1st (school code 4952). This application is needed to determine if the student is eligible for any institutional money and must only be completed the first year that the student is attending.
2. Complete the FAFSA online through www.fafsa.ed.gov beginning January 1st (school code 001342). This form is needed to determine the eligibility for any federal money and has to be completed for every school year
- New Incoming Students- must be admitted to college, as well as have completed both the FAFSA and CSS profile before our office can begin processing a financial aid package. Please keep in mind that additional information may be needed, for which you will be contacted at a later date.
Spring Semester Applicants
1. Complete the CSS profile online through www.profileonline.collegeboard.com before December 31st (school code 4952). If the profile is not completed before the due date, an institutional alternative CSS profile will have to be completed. You can visit our office, 2nd floor Weingart Hall, to pick up a form, or you can print one out from Forms and Deadline. This application is needed to determine if the student is eligible for any institutional money and must only be completed the first year that the student is attending.
2. If you have not done so, complete the FAFSA online through www.fafsa.ed.gov  (school code 001342). If you have already completed the FAFSA for your previous school, return to your FAFSA and add our school code. This form is needed to determine the eligibility for any federal money and has to be completed for every school.
Continuing Students
1. Complete and return the Financial Aid Information Request (RA) form for the correct school year you are applying for. This form is available in the Office of Financial Aid, or it can be downloaded from Forms and Deadline.
2. Complete and submit the FAFSA by March 2, 2008 (school code 001342) online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/.This deadline is especially important if you are a Cal Grant recipient.
- Please Note: Additional information may be requested by the Office of Financial Aid upon receipt of your application materials. Your prompt response is important, as your aid cannot be finalized without receipt of the additionally requested materials.
