The Business Office is among the most useful resources on campus. The Business Office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily (hours subject to change during the summer). This office:
  • MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments can be accepted through the Salle Mae online "One Time Payment Gateway."
  • cashes personal checks up to the sum of $20
  • produces and distributes student payroll checks for students who work on campus. Checks may be picked up on alternate Fridays after 1:00 p.m.
  • originates promissory notes for Perkins and Whittier loans
  • collects payments for Perkins and Whittier loans
  • coordinates AMS monthly payments to student accounts
  • originates refunds for tuition and room and board (where applicable) after a student’s official withdrawal from the College through the Office of Dean of Students. Checks may be picked up Wednesdays and Fridays after 1:00 p.m.
  • coordinates meal plan changes
  • coordinates Student Health and Accident Insurance Waivers.
