Career Planning
Information contained within these pages address the early-stages of career planning and include:

- Year-by-Year Guide. Each year of your college life you should be strategizing about and working toward your plans post-graduation. To assist you, we've put together a general plan for you to consider.
- Self Assessment. Taking an inventory of your interests, skills, and stregnths will help you sort out the kind of field or type of profession in which you'll excel.
For an in-depth discussion about your future, make an appointment to meet with a career counselor. Appointments are generally one hour in length and can be on any topic you choose, related to your career development.
A Career Counseling appointment can help you:
- Select a major
- Explore your interests and how they relate to your career plans
- Draft a resume, or improve the one you already have
- Learn the right way to interview
- Develop a job-search strategy
- Prepare for graduate school
