The Asian Students Association promotes Asian culture and traditions as well as the contributions of Asian-Americans, and coordinates a series of events throughout the year.

The Asian Students Association’s principal and highly-anticipated event is the Annual Asian Night, held every April. After a meal highlighting different Asian foods (catered by a variety of local restaurants), Asian culture and heritage is explored through dance, music, and other performing arts. Asian Night received the Whittier College Outstanding Annual Event Award in 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2010.

This year's Asian Night is scheduled for March 10th 2012. Tickets can be purchased at the Shannon Center.

Asian Night Menu: Pad Thai, Chicken Satay, Spring Rolls, Chicken Katsu, Pork Adobo, Curry, Bulgogi, Galbi, Chinese Noodles, Beef Broccoli, Orange Chicken, Sushi, and Sashimi

Performers: Student Groups (Whittier College Dance Team, PARIVAR, Hawaiian Islander's Club), Koto, Sitar, Tae Kwon Do, Traditional Korean Dance, Taiko, Youtube group afterschoolspecial.
