Students
License Agreement
The License Agreement
All students who plan to live on campus and participate in Room Draw must submit to the Office of Residential Life a signed copy of the Residence Living License Agreement, prior to Room Draw. In signing this document, a student is legally committing to reside in a college-operated residence for the entire academic year (both the fall and spring semesters). Students are cautioned to read carefully before signing; this agreement is a binding contract between the student and the College. If a student chooses to move off campus without the consent of Residential Life, he or she will be in violation of the contract and still subject to charges for room and board.
