The Whittier Fund
The Whittier Fund helps provide resources for the College to offer a steadfast focus on academic excellence, an enriching undergraduate experience, innovative research facilities, and a meaningful relationship with our community. Alumni, parents and friends make this possible with gifts every year through the Whittier Fund. These important annual gifts to Whittier College support scholarships, faculty research and teaching, student life, facilities, library resources, the arts, sciences, athletics, and technology.
More than 80 percent of today's students rely on some sort of financial assistance through scholarships, grants, loans or employment. Additionally, tuition does not fully fund the College's operating costs. Your gift to the Whittier Fund enables students to attend Whittier regardless of their financial needs.

* If you graduated within the last 10 years, you may join the John Greenleaf Whittier Society (JGWS) with a minimum gift of $250 (1 to 5 years out) and $500 (6 to 10 years out) to the Whittier Fund.
