Job Offer Acceptance Letter
After receiving an offer and thoroughly evaluating all facets of the offer, you can usually accept the position over the telephone.  

Send a brief letter formally accepting the position after the acceptance phone call. In the letter to the employer, confirm the terms and conditions of your employment: 

position title, salary, benefits, starting date and any other pertinent information.

Express your enthusiasm in receiving the offer and in joining the organization.  Some employers may provide a copy of your offer letter requiring your signature.  Read the letter carefully to make certain all the specifics of your employment are included before returning the signed copy.
