Request Off-Campus Materials

LINK +

LINK+ is a free, easy, and convenient book request service that allows users at over 50 participating academic and public libraries to submit requests that are not available at our own institution.

After a Wardman Library user initiates a LINK+ request, a courier delivers the requested book(s) to the library for checkout, generally in two to four days. Loan periods are 21 days with 1 renewal.

Use the library catalog (http://library.whittier.edu/) to search and request items via Link+. You will need to enter your name and barcode number found on the back of your Whittier ID card to enter a request.

The library will e-mail your Whitter College email account when items are available for pick-up. Please come to the Circulation Desk on the main floor to retrieve materials. Items not picked up within 10 days will be returned. Fines for overdue materials are $1.00/day per book and $115 for items that are lost, missing, or in need of replacement.
