Incoming/Outgoing Mail

All incoming mail to the campus comes to the Mail Room, Monday through Friday. Mail is NOT delivered to any of the residence halls. To avoid a delay in receiving mail, students are asked to use their assigned mail box number in all correspondence. Fictitious or pet names are not permissible.

Mailbox use is only for enrolled students. If a student has mail addressed to his or her mailbox for a temporary visitor or guest, it must be addressed in care of the student to prevent it from being returned to the sender. The mailbox is not to be used for business enterprise.

Outgoing letters and small packages may be placed in the letter slot for mailing.
