Poets Serve Community in 21st Annual Helping Hands Day

Students at Helping Hands DayMore than 100 Whittier College students, alumni, staff, faculty, and administrators rolled up their sleeves on Saturday, September 26 and participated in the 21st annual Helping Hands Day. Participants gathered in the Campus Center for breakfast before boarding buses to various service sites in and around the city of Whittier.

The Ruth B. Shannon Center for the Performing Arts and LunaSol Mexican vintage are pleased to host a special screening of FOX's upcoming animated sitcom, Bordertown. Consulting producer and writer, Lalo Alcaraz, will participate in a Q&A session after the screening.

Whittier Welcomes Class of 2019

Whittier College, Move In Day, Class of 2015Whittier welcomed the Class of 2019 composed of 454 first-years and 76 transfer students who descended upon campus on September 6 for the start of New Student Orientation. This cohort is one of Whittier’s most diverse and brightest. Classes for all undergraduates begin September 9.
