Conference and Facility Use
Whittier College’s facilities are available for conferences and other special events, ranging from a conference for 200 to a sports camp. The campus houses 28 academic and administrative facilities and seven residence halls. The campus is 18 miles southeast of Los Angeles, and Whittier offers small-town charm along with many of the amenities of a metropolitan community.

The spectrum of meeting room options at Whittier is a wide one. We have everything from residence hall lounges and classrooms for small groups to the 400-seat Robinson Theatre in the Ruth B. Shannon Center for the Performing Arts. The Studio Theatre seats 75 comfortably and the Faculty Center seats 200.

The residence halls at Whittier offer many accommodation options, and staff can work with you to meet your specific requirements. We offer double rooms with community bath facilities, large lounges, fireplaces, pool tables, vending machines and coin-operated washers and dryers. Pillows are provided, and linen service is available for a small fee if desired. Lobby in one of the residence halls
