The Dean of Students' Office coordinates all
aspects of the co-curricular experience. The primary mission
of our Division is to provide a high quality experience that
not only compliments, yet enhances learning taking place in
the classroom. We actively facilitate and promote this concept
through programs, facilities, resources and overarching
support for the total or "whole" student.
The Office of the Dean of Students oversees and
coordinates the Office of Residential Life, Counseling
Services, Disability Services, Health Services, Learning Support Services, Career
Services, Student Activities, Cultural Center and an array of
administrative and student personnel who assist in each of
these specialized areas.
Whittier students are highly encouraged to
become involved in a multitude of leadership events, seminars,
activities, clubs and organizations. We are confident that
each member of our community will contribute to the physical,
emotional, intellectual and social development of the campus.
