Dr. Kaufman's work has included topics such as post Cold War Europe, foreign aid, foreign policy, and the present role(s) and expectations of NATO. She has presented many conference papers on numerous subjects and is widely published in a variety of journals including American Political Science Review, Perspectives on Political Science, and World Affairs.

Dr Kaufman earned a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science from New York University, New York, NY; and a Ph.D in Political Science (International Relations and Comparative Politics) from The University of Maryland, College Park, MD.

KELCH, THOMAS G.

He has bachelor's and J.D. degrees from the University of Michigan and M.A. from University of California, Irvine.

Professor Kelton has practiced as a civil litigator as well as serving as a public defender for both Los Angeles and Orange counties. She is also a long time member of the Orange County Bar Association.

She holds a B.A. from the University of California, Irvine, and her J.D. is from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles.

Dr. Keny serves on the California Mathematics Project Advisory Board as a representative of private independent colleges. She has taught mathematics since 1976.

Dr. Keny earned an M.A. and a Ph.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles.

KJELLBERG, PAUL

Dr. Kjellberg's primary area of research is Chinese thought, although he has also published on ancient Greek and modern European philosophy, as well as on problems of skepticism. He is co-editor, along with Philip Ivanhoe at Stanford, of Skepticism, Relativism, and Ethics in the Zhuangzi.

He received a B.A. from Yale University and a Ph.D. from Stanford University, and also studied at Tunghai University in Taichung, Taiwan.
