Professor Tetreault is a member of Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. She is a criminal defense appellate attorney, appointed by the California Court of Appeal through the California Appellate Project and Appellate Defenders, Inc. Professor Tetreault is the author of The Death of Comparable Worth. She served with the firm of Bronson, Bronson and McKinnon and was a Staff Attorney for the United States District Court, Central District.

She holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, a teaching credential from the University of California, Berkeley, and she received her J.D. cum laude with the Order of the Coif from Loyola Law School.

Treiman's areas of expertise include administrative law, Constitutional law, criminal law, the legal process, and local government law. He most recently presided at a seminar on the 30th anniversary of the Pentagon Papers.

He received his B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles and his J.D. from Harvard University.
