For years, Saldana struggled with unhealthy practices, both mental and physical. But, eventually, she began to set more realistic goals for herself. After a fair amount of trial and error, she was able to find a routine which transformed her life for good. According to Saldana, by paying close attention to her needs and listening to her body, she ultimately learned to strike a perfect balance between health and happiness.
