Visitor access to Whittier College facilities, including The Broadoaks School, is limited to only those individuals who meet the College's COVID-19 vaccine requirements.

All visitors and vendors eligible for vaccination are required to attest that they are vaccinated, or if they are unvaccinated, attest that they have received a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of their visit to campus. 

Visitors and vendors are also required to comply with Whittier College health and safety protocols which include the completion of a health screening, indoor masking, and adhering to all posted signage and campus directives.

  • Whittier College accepts any vaccine authorized for use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or the World Health Organization (WHO).
  • The WHO and/or FDA have authorized Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, the Serum Institute of India, Sinopharm, and Sinovac vaccines at this time. 
  • To be considered fully vaccinated, the final dose of any vaccine must be completed two weeks prior to visiting a Whittier College facility or event.
  • Any visitor seeking indoor access to Whittier College facilities who is not fully vaccinated must present a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of their visit.

All visitors to the Whitter College campus, including vendors, must complete a health screening form prior to arrival on the day of their visit. Please be prepared to present the health screening pass and proof of vaccination or negative test result when requested

Access to residence halls is currently limited to approved residential students and staff only.
