As summer unfolds across our beautiful campus, there’s an unmistakable energy of anticipation in the air. While students are enjoying internships, study abroad courses across the globe, summer work, and time with family and friends, our faculty and staff are hard at work preparing for the vibrant return of campus life in August.
Residence halls are getting refreshed, and classrooms and campus are being outfitted with updated resources to make our campus as welcoming as ever for the fall semester.
And speaking of fall, we are thrilled to announce that registration for Homecoming is now open! Whether you’ve been back to campus recently or it's been a while, we'd be honored to welcome you home. Join classmates, friends, and faculty for a thrillingly full weekend of celebration, tradition, and Poet pride.
Homecoming is a special opportunity to reconnect with the spirit of Whittier. Join us at the State of the College address and reception, where you’ll hear the incredible ways your alma mater continues to grow.
As part of the celebration, we invite you for a conversation with coaches from across the Athletics Department and meet some of the new members of the football team at the Poet Fest carnival. You’ll also have a chance to cheer on teams such as the outstanding women’s volleyball team and celebrate their achievements as they carry forth the Homecoming torch.
