CLUBS & ORGANIZATIONS

The Environmental Science Program offers students the opportunity to participate in a variety of clubs and organizations that promote academic and professional growth, and, more importantly, connect students to peers who want to have fun and build upon their passions.

Recognized student clubs and organizations affiliated with the program are listed below:

Raising Awareness for the Environment

Raising Awareness for the Environment (RAE) was established for the purpose of raising awareness of issues affecting the environment both on campus and within the local community. The club organizes activities such as beach clean ups and local community cleans ups and assists in helping Whittier College become environmentally friendly by using non-paper advertising options.

Urban Agriculture Club

The Urban Agriculture Club is focused on learning the theory and practice of urban agriculture. The club hosts agriculture-related events, including talks, community service days, film screenings, and more.
