Event Description

Eduardo Lopez, faculty advisor at UCLA’s Graduate School of Education and Information Studies for the Teacher Education Program will speak on the social justice action research his resident teachers/graduate students have completed in South Los Angeles schools.  He will present his research titled Critical Teacher Autoethnography: Stories of Hope and Possibility and lead a discussion followed by Q & A. Undergraduate and graduate students are welcomed.

This event is part of Education Week, hosted by the Department of Education and Child Development. This three-day event will highlight the various opportunities—including graduate and credential programs—that Whittier College offers for aspiring educators.
