Whittier College alumni are an essential part of the extended Poet Family - a distinguished alumni body, one that has more than a century's history of fierce loyalty and one that maintains a vested interest in the future of this College.

Homecoming Reimagined: Saturday, October 16

Dear Poets:  

As we plan for the upcoming academic year, creating a safe and healthy environment for our students, faculty, and staff is paramount. While the State of California and Los Angeles County have moved toward a reopening of social and business activity, we continue to follow scientific guidance that shows we must stay vigilant and take needed precautions related to COVID-19. After 15 months of being off-campus, we are focused on returning to on-campus instruction and creating a sense of campus life for our students. This will be a huge endeavor. With this in mind, we have determined that we cannot host in-person, on-campus events for Homecoming weekend. 

While we wish we could celebrate with you on our beautiful campus, we look forward to bringing our alumni community together in new ways and connecting you to your classmates. With your help, we will use the next few months to plan a fun and meaningful Homecoming event.
