In line with President Linda Oubré’s vision of a forward-thinking, innovative, and sustainable institution, Whittier College has launched a comprehensive strategic planning effort led by a Strategy Task Force comprised of staff, faculty, students, a member of the College Board of Trustees, and a community representative.
The collaborative process, anticipated to span nearly two years, will generate strategic imperatives to guide the College’s priorities, resource development, and decisions about the critical issues facing the College in the years ahead. Synthesizing broad and inclusive input, the plan will rely on the participation of all community members, including students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, neighbors, and trustees.
More information about the development of the Strategic Plan and the Strategic Task Force can be found on the Whittier College website. The first planning phase includes a brief survey that all Whittier College community members are urged to complete by October 4.
