Whittier Team Wins L.A. Student Film Festival Award

On Nov. 13, Campus Movie Fest, billed as the "world’s largest student film festival," held its Los Angeles Grand Finale at the famed Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood. The event featured the top 16 short movies made in one week from over 8,000 students at USC, UCLA, Pomona, and Whittier. Winner of the Best Concept award for the short “When We Lost Chris” was Whittier first-year student team Christopher Davis, Cassie Duray-Bito, Ashley Delzell, Lilia Hole, Jeffrey DeBarr, Mark Juaton, Allison Desfor, and Zack Knight.
