Showcase your Poet Pride this Spirit Week by participating in Whittier’s first-ever Photo-A-Day Challenge. The five-day Challenge runs from Monday, Oct. 14 - Friday, Oct. 18. One grand prize winner will win a pair of limited-edition, Whittier-themed TOMS shoes, while five daily winners will win select Poet merchandise.
During each day of the challenge, use your Instagram account to post a photo that fits that day’s description with the Day # and #WCPhotoADay hashtag in its caption. Every day you play, you increase your odds of winning daily prizes and our Challenge's grand prize.
The winning photos each day will be chosen based on creativity, uniqueness and how much Poet Spirit is captured. In addition to being featured on the College's Instagram account, selected photos, including all winning images, may be featured on the Whittier College website and other social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter. All winners are selected by the Office of Communications.

Whittier College will announce the daily Challenge winners each evening (beginning Oct. 14) at 7:30 p.m. PDT by reposting the winning photos from the College's Instagram account. The grand prize winner will be announced on Monday, Oct. 21 on Instagram. The winners will be notified on Instagram. The winners must respond to publicrelations@whittier.edu by noon PDT the following day to avoid forfeiture of their prizes.
