Whittier College Signs Transfer Agreement with PCC

Whittier College has signed a Transfer Admission Guarantee with Pasadena City College that allows students who complete an agreed-on sequence of classes in general education and a selected major with a stated minimum GPA to apply and be guaranteed admission.
