Forwarding Mail

When graduating or leaving campus for the summer, students are required to pick up all mail and packages. Students can have mail forwarded.

Guidelines to have mail forwarded:

  • Students and faculty must contact Mail Room in order to get the weight and dimensions of mail and packages.
  • After contacting Mail Room, students must contact USPS by going online to obtain a prepaid label.
  • Send prepaid label to Mail Room - email: mailroom@whittier.edu
  • Students and faculty must contact friends, family, and merchants change of address.
  • First class mail will only be forwarded for one month
  • Mail room will hold mail and packages for one month; after one month, all mail and packages will be returned to sender.
