Whittier Works ensures that each student knows how to apply their college experience to a career—and more than that, provides them with opportunities to start building their resumes right on the Whittier College campus.
Knowing their students' individual strengths and passions, professors are also able to guide them toward on-campus professional development opportunities, such as fellowships and on-campus employment—experiences that the institution is expanding through Whittier Works. The initiative also builds on a proud history of faculty-student collaborative research as it expands opportunities for hands-on student research projects.
