Online Registration Forms

These forms can be submitted directly online and required approvals will be obtained by the Registrar's Office. Be sure to enter all advisor and instructor email addresses correctly as entering incorrect emails will result in an error or delayed form. Students will receive a confirmation via email when a form is successfully submitted and when a form has been processed. 

• Academic Overload Petition  Petition to take more than 16 units during a regular semester or summer term.
• Declaration of Major/Minor  To Add Major/Minor
• Add/Drop: To add/drop
• Change of Advisor: Required to change from one advisor to another or to add a second advisor. 
• Change of Major/Minor: For students who have previously declared a major or minor and wish to change it.
• Course Override: The Course Override Form is required when a student wishes to override a course prerequisite
• Course Time Conflict Form: Complete if you are registering for two courses that conflict in time.
• Instructor Permission Form: Complete this form if enrollment in a course requires instructor approval.

Important Notice

Your registration time ticket is based on your current class standing. You must have the following total credits to register on the following days. This will not include credits you are currently in for Spring 2020. This is based on credits earned.

Seniors                       90+                  Credits                       April 20th

Juniors                       60-89               Credits                       April 21st

Sophomores              30-59               Credits                       April 22nd

Freshman                  0-29                 Credits                       April 23rd

Open to All                                                                           April 24th
