Professor Kristen Smirnov is a marketing professor and researcher who looks at consumer behavior and how people construct and maintain identities online, both as individuals and in groups.
She teaches classes that have a focus on consumer behavior and online marketing. Along with the Marketing Principles class for the department, she has also developed her own Social Media Marketing class and has offered Consumer Behavior and Marketing Research.
