Library Fine Appeal Form

A fine appeal may be submitted for overdue charges on items checked out to you, and/or blocked Library privileges due to overdue charges.

Fine appeals will only be accepted within 60 calendar days from the date the items were due. Appeals may not be submitted for fines that have already been paid.

You will receive a response within 7 business days of your fine appeal form receipt. The decision will be at the discretion of the Library.

Please note that paid fines may not show up on a patrons account right away as fines updates are sent once at the end of the month. If you run into issue with your library account, please ask for a Library Services Specialist or Jordan Garcia.
