Recruit at Whittier

Breadcrumb

As one of the most diverse colleges in the United States, Whittier College students truly represent the future of America's workforce.

During their time at Whittier, students learn to make connections across different disciplines, communicate effectively, and be proactive in their success. Their academic resumes are broad, holistic, and often highly-customized to their professional goals. As a result, Whittier students and graduates become valuable team members who think critically, make innovative contributions, and consider the wider implications of every decision.

Hire Whittier Talent

The first step to recruiting Whittier College students is to create a Handshake account. Once registered, you'll be able to connect with Whittier students and alumni, post full and part-time jobs, internships, fellowships, and volunteer opportunities.

Post a Job or Internship

Whittier's Handshake portal makes your job or internship opening visible to every Whittier student. Before posting a position, however, be sure to review Whittier's hiring and internship policies.

Host In-Person Professional Development Events

Employer led workshops, classroom presentations, and trainings allow you to choose topics that can help students understand your industry and consider new career options. Topics may include leadership development, networking, personal career branding, interview preparation, and strategic job searching. Campus visits may be booked via Handshake.
