Professional Development Trainings

Employer led workshops, classroom presentations, and trainings allow you to choose topics that can help students engage with their futures. Career competency topics include leadership development, networking, personal career branding, interview preparation, and strategic job searching.

Employer Round Tables

Employer round tables allow you to conduct an overview of the Whittier College talent by scheduling a meet and greet session with students.

Student Site Visits

Employers and alumni gain interest from students by organizing tours and or talks that highlight innovation and industry interest.

B2B Series

Backpack-to-Briefcase (B2B) is a discussion series that present students with the opportunity to connect with successful and seasoned alumni.  Alumni provide mentorship, practical career skills, and share traditional and non-traditional career paths with students.
