For Students and Staff (2023)

General collection books 8 weeks (Students) / 4 weeks (Staff) 4 renewals No daily fines.
Reserve materials 2 or 4 hours, depending on the item. Confirm with staff upon checkout. 1 renewal $1 per hour.
DVDs 1 week 1 renewal No daily fines.
LINK+ 3 weeks 1 renewal No daily fines.
ILL (Interlibrary Loan) 3 weeks Renewals are at the discretion of the lending library $1 per day.

For Faculty

Please note that some materials will not circulate. Examples of materials that do NOT circulate include reference books, special collections materials, and periodicals.

Item Check-out Limits

Students, faculty and staff are not limited to a set number of books from the general collection.

Renewals

Borrowers are responsible for renewing books they have checked out on or before the due date to avoid overdue fines. Library materials may be renewed in person or online. If you have trouble with the online renewal function, contact a Library staff member.

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) items can only be renewed at the discretion of the lending library. ILL items cannot be renewed online. Contact interlibraryloan@whittier.edu 3 days prior to your checked out item's due date, for renewal information.

Holds

At this time, Wardman Library does not place holds on materials.
